Mission Statement

The Finance Department's Administrative Division is responsible for providing City officials and City staff with financial and administrative support services required to achieve their program goals effectively, and to plan, develop, direct and control the fiscal systems in accordance with legal, operational and management information requirements. Included in the overall responsibility of the Administrative Division is the management of the Accounting, Business Services and Business License function, Risk Management; Payroll Services, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Budgeting. |
