What is APC?
Following the concept of " the whole is greater than the sum of its parts",
Appointment Plan Check (APC) offers the convenience and expedience of an over-the-counter plan check by all of the departmental representatives (together) and subsequent permit issuance, both of which are accomplished during a scheduled appointment(s).
