Projects involving the following may submit directly to the Building & Safety Department:

  • Projects involving New Construction of 15,000 square feet or less.
  • Projects involving Major Remodels of 15,000 square feet or less.
  • Projects involving Changes in Use of Buildings of 15,000 square feet or less.
