Review plans and specifications for Code compliance; perform over-the-counter plan checks for minor projects. Work with architects, engineers, designers and building owners during the pre-construction phase of projects.
Building Inspection -
Inspect all phases of residential and commercial/industrial construction for compliance with the adopted Model Codes and approved set of plans. Inspections include building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, disabled access and energy compliance.
