The City of El Segundo General Plan The City adopted a comprehensive General Plan in 1992. The Housing Element was last updated and re-adopted in 2001. The Circulation Element was last updated and re-adopted in 2004. Currently the Housing Element is under review and it is anticipated that a revised Element will be re-adopted in late 2009.
