Maintain current level of dispatching 90% of priority one (emergency) public safety calls in less than 30 seconds.
Develop 9-1-1 Performance Review and Quality Assurance Standards. The standards will be designed to promote adherence to established goals and procedures, and provide a framework for continuous improvement of the overall operation of the communications center.
Maintain three person minimum staffing in communications center at all times.
Identify, secure, and load at least one additional radio frequency to be used for Fire/Police tactical operations.
Train all communications' personnel as mandated by the Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST).
