·         Continue to improve Department operations and customer service and provide for customer feedback.

·         Continue to evaluate programs and services and assess policies and procedures for improved Department operations.

·         Continue to maintain, allocate and coordinate usage of all City Recreation and Park facilities (including four recreation centers, three pools, all City-allocated athletic fields, golf course, and over fourteen parks).

·         Maintain Department staffing levels and/or recruit and fill all positions as needed.

·         Continue to train all staff on Department operations,            policies, and procedures.

·         Secure contract for management of Park Vista Senior Housing facility.

·         Secure contract for management of The Lakes golf course and driving range.

·         Renovate a portion of the Sycamore Park playground using grant funds.
