Secured State Roberti-Z’Berg-Harris Block Grant Bond Act of 2002 in the amount of $44,680.
Facilitated co-mingling of grant funding (Per Capita Bond Act of 2000 and 2002) to provide adequate funding for replacement of playground equipment/upgrades at Candy Cane Park and both Recreation Park playgrounds.
Provided department background, programs and policies with new Director.
Worked with Parks Superintendent and Recreation staff to establish TPG maintenance and equipment needs assessment.
Coordinated 90th Anniversary Celebration with all staff.
Facilitated Resident Subcommittee meeting, which resulted in updating the Department’s non-resident fees.
Facilitated all new and traditional special events for the City of El Segundo.
