Continue to maintain bi-weekly supervisor meetings and monthly all recreation staff meeting.
Work with City’s Risk Manager to simplify standard insurance requirements and documentation for service vendors.
Continue to update, verify all recreation policy and procedure manual for specific recreation facilities.
Establish and implement computer registration capabilities at the Plunge.
Continue to train and develop supervisory and coordinating staff members.
Establish policy for facilitating special needs participants in programs.
Establish staff recognition program.
Continue to meet and establish new guidelines with Aquatic Adhoc Committee, Thomas Properties Field Allocation Committee, Athletic Field Task Force and Resident Sub Committee.
Continue to facilitate all new and traditional special event coordination for the City of El Segundo.
Continue to deliver all 80+ recreation classes and programs at current standards.
