Manage major, municipal construction projects such as the new Fire Station, fiber optics installation, sewer and water main infrastructure replacements, and approved Capital Improvement Projects.
Provide technical support and services to the City Council, City Manager, and other City Departments.
Oversee design and construction of a new bathroom facility to be constructed at the beach at the end of Grand Avenue.
Conduct a feasibility study for construction of a new Aquatics Facility.
Continue to ensure full compliance with NPDES, TMDL and WDR regulations.
Continue to investigate more cost-effective ways to manage and improve the City’s infrastructure, including identification of grant funding opportunities.
Continue to investigate ways to reduce energy consumption/costs and promote environmentally conscious programs and policies.
Investigate and promote ways to reduce City-generated carbon emissions.
