Goals & Objectives FY 2009/2010

  • Continue to oversee/implement capital projects initiated in FY 2007/08.
  • Design and construct additional water and sewer main replacements.
  • Design and construct sewer pump station rehabilitation projects.
  • Slurry seal the northeast quadrant.
  • Initiate and/or complete Capital Improvement Program projects adopted in FY 2008/09.
  • Conduct a feasibility study for constructing a new aquatics facility.
  • Close out accounting of the Douglas Street Gap Closure Project.
  • Continue to oversee major, private property, construction projects impacting the public right-of-way:
    1. Equinix Fiber Installation.
    2. Plaza El Segundo Development.
    3. TPG Development projects.
    4. West Basin recycled water line.
    5. Boeing Selby Block Zone Change Project
