·Replace 50,000 square feet of asphalt pavement throughout the City in preparation of the
annual Slurry Seal Maintenance project.
·Remove weeds from Sepulveda Boulevard, Downtown streets and sidewalks, and from private properties
inspected by the Fire Department due to noncompliance with the Trash/Weed Abatement Program.
·Maintain a list of curb and sidewalk complaints from residents and staff. Repairs will be made under contract.
Administer concrete replacement contract.
·Repair the northwest quadrant of the residential community for slurry seal.
·Develop a graffiti abatement and enforcement program through consultation with Police and Code Enforcement.
Remove graffiti in accordance with the City’s Graffiti Removal Program for facilities in the public right-of-way and on
City buildings, except Parks Department facilities, within 24 hours of notification.
(The Parks Department has its own program)
