STREET SERVICES DIVISION
PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE
The Street Services Division responsibilities include:
Asphalt repair and replacement
Sidewalks (concrete) Elimination of hazards by grinding or installing asphalt ramps on the raised areas.
Weed abatement
Street Sweeping
Removal of Debris: Removal of unauthorized debris in the public right-of –way.
Inspections: Inspect the work of contractors in the public-right-of-way to ensure they are in compliance with their contractual obligations.
Emergency Response
Special events- providing delineation and barricades for city events
