The City of El Segundo amended its Zoning regulations.
Ordinance No. 1398 - Amends El Segundo Municipal Code (ESMC) Section 15-21-6 regarding nonconforming uses in nonresidential zones and adds a new El Segundo Municipal Code Section 15-21-8 affecting nonconforming uses within the Heavy Industrial (M-2) Zone.
Ordinance No. 1400 - Amends the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) Chapter VI, Development Standards, involving a reduction in the maximum allowed height and establishment of a 25-foot front setback for portions of buildings above 30 feet in height in each of the six DSP Districts.
Ordinance No. 1401 - Amends El Segundo Municipal Code (ESMC) Chapter 15-4A, regarding the Single-Family Residential (R-1) Zone, ESMC Section 15-1-6, Definitions; ESMC Section 15-2-7, Open Space Encroachments; and ESMC Chapter 15-15, Parking Standards, to allow the use of "Vehicle Lifts' in Single-Family Residential (R-1) and Two-Family Residential (R-2) Zones.
