Fit Camp is a total body strength training and cardiovascular workout done in an outdoor group setting. Lead by certified personal fitness trainer Chuck Licata (NASM, CTP) using high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT is a way of getting results faster than with traditional exercise. HIIT is designed to burn fat in a short intense workout. This concept will be applied to resistance training, plyometrics, speed and agility drills, core, and abdominal work. This class is a fun and exciting way to get a great workout in a short amount of time...while seeing results FAST!
