Olivia Ortiz has been with the city for 3 1/2 years. In that time, she has grown to be one of the most critical members of the City's Development Team (Building, Planning, Fire, Public Works, Rec & Park, and Police). Olivia coordinates every plan that comes through the City for construction permits. She logs them into the City's permit system and works to assure that they are routed to the right people as quickly as possible. Olivia is always willing to do what is best for our customers. She was selected as the employee of the month for May because she has taken on another important role as the project coordinator for the City's new Appointment Plan Check program.
