The City of El Segundo (the "City") desires to undertake the preparation of a Full Cost Allocation Plan (a total cost plan and an OMB Circular A-87 plan in compliance with the Single Audit Act) and a comprehensive review and evaluation of citywide user fees ("Fee Study").
Drop-In Lobby Events: Historic El Segundo Centennial Photo Plaques
The library's Drop-In Lobby Events feature a six-program series with library staff and local guest speakers leading hands-on activities and lecture presentations.
On Wednesday, May 31, library staff give a brief overview of El Segundo history as seen through the historic photos found hanging on the library walls.

Evening Book Discussion Featuring Swimming Lessons
Join library staff, authors, and other avid readers in a lively discussion focusing on a book-of-the-month. Free to all, the meetings will be held the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the library's Friends of the Library Room.

El Segundo Historical Committee Meeting The El Segundo Historical Committee needs pictures of your home, neighborhood, business, downtown areas, school, church and family activities that give a view of El Segundo's past.
If you do not wish to donate your photos or other memorabilia, the Committee will make copies and return your originals. Please identify your photos as fully as possible.
