A public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of El Segundo on June 19, 2018, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall located at 350 Main Street El Segundo, CA 90245, to consider adopting new or increased fees and service charges and other amendments to the City of El Segundo Fee Schedule.
A written fee study justifying the new and/or increased fees and charges is available for public review on the attached document and at the Office of the City Clerk located at City Hall, 350 Main Street El Segundo, CA 90245.
All persons wishing to appear for or against the proposed fees and service charges are directed to attend the hearing or file a statement in writing with the Office of the City Clerk, 350 Main Street El Segundo, CA 90245 prior to the hearing.
Upon City Council approval, the adjusted fees and service charges will take effect August 1, 2018.
JUNE 19, 2018 AT 7PM, CITY HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBER, THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO CITY COUNCIL will consider and take possible action to 1) conduct a General Plan update for all properties located east of Pacific Coast Highway (“PCH”), including but not limited to updating the various non-residential zones and studying and possible rezoning some areas east of PCH for housing purposes; 2) consider as part of updating the general plan or for transit purposes, if the City wants to accept a grant from Metropolitan Transit Authority (“MTA”) to study increasing densities on non-residential properties, developing affordable (low income) housing, reconfiguring properties and their buildings and parking lots, and providing more pedestrian and bicycle friendly routes.
