We have designed this site to be compatible with most users, including Windows and Mac's. The system requires that your system have Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape 4.7 or better installed as a browser and Window Media Player Version 7 or better installed on your system. This software may be downloaded for free from the above links.

A high speed line such as DSL or Cable Modem is recommended for optimum viewing. On a dial-up line you may receive audio and text material only, with no video. This is normal.

Please note that video delivered over the web takes 30 to 60 seconds longer to reach you than cable tv does. This is due to the limitations of the technology, and is not within the City's control.
