A high speed line such as DSL or Cable Modem is recommended for optimum viewing. On a dial-up line you may receive audio and text material only, with no video. This is normal.
Please note that video delivered over the web takes 30 to 60 seconds longer to reach you than cable tv does. This is due to the limitations of the technology, and is not within the City's control.
