Make sure you mention the exact location of the street lamp and have the pole number of the street lamp ready (pole numbers are located on the lamp pole itself).
Contact the Police Records Section at (310) 524-2200 during business hours from 07:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. A fee of $0.20 per page plus tax is charged for any Incident or Accident Report. Police Reports are released to a person(s) authorized to obtain the Incident or Accident Report.
No, with one exception. The ESPD will accept a report by telephone of a missing person, including runaways, without delay and will give priority to the handling of that report.

Only the registered owner can get a vehicle out of impound. The registration must be up to date and the person must have a valid drivers license. If not, the registered owner must also bring a licensed driver to drive the vehicle. If the vehicle requires a smog check, fees must be deposited at the DMV and a moving permit must be obtained. All origional DMV paperwork must be brought to the station.
Restraining orders are obtained at the Torrance Superior Court, 825 Maple Ave., Torrance (310) 222-8801.Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. No police report is required to file a restraining order.

Streets will still be cleaned on rainy days unless the amount of rainfall is sufficient enough to clean the streets. Street sweeping parking citations may still be issued during rainy days.
Street sweeping regulations are not enforced on the following observed holidays:
