Scott Mitnick, City Manager
As City Manager, Scott serves as the organization's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of all City departments, department heads and employees. Barbara Voss, Deputy City Manager
Barbara Voss joined El Segundo in August 2015 and serves as the Deputy City Manager. She assists the City Manager in administering City operations across the organization. Voss directs all activities related to economic development and leads the communications, outreach and community engagement program for the City.
Voss previously served as the City’s Economic Development Manager. She has extensive experience in managing business attraction, retention and expansion initiatives for State and local government, tax advisory and real estate development consulting. Read Barbara's full bio.
