 Construction projects follow these steps:

  1. Draw up the plans for your project.
  2. Submit your plans and permit applications.
  3. Our Plan Check Engineers review your plans.
  4. Once your plans are approved, permits are issued.
  5. Construction begins.
  6. Inspections are requested during construction.
  7. A final inspection is performed.
  8. A Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
