I-105 EXIT AT IMPERIAL HIGHWAY WILL BE CLOSED AS PART OF WESTBOUND IMPERIAL HIGHWAY RESURFACING WORK THIS WEEKEND
(Los Angeles, CA) Motorists should allow extra time heading towards Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) due to a street resurfacing project on westbound Imperial Highway, between Sepulveda Boulevard and Main Street, Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 8-9. The resurfacing, performed by the Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services, will take place from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Westbound Imperial Highway will be closed between Sepulveda Boulevard and Main Street. As part of this work, the Imperial Highway exit from Interstate 105 will be closed. Vehicles will have to exit at the northbound or southbound Sepulveda Boulevard off-ramps.
Eastbound Imperial Highway will remain open at all times. Motorists can use Sepulveda Boulevard/Pacific Coast Highway and Rosecrans Boulevard or other east-west routes to avoid the construction – click here for Local Access Detour Map.
